🐱 Cats are groomed only in the presence of the owner (exception – calm animals).
⚠️ Aggression surcharge: 20. Dogs >10 kg with aggression are not served.
⏱️ Waiting >1 hour – 8/hour.
🏠 Groomer home visit: + 45.
🚕 Pet taxi: 45.
